Senior BJP leader Dharampal Choudhary, a sitting legislator from Mundawar Assembly segment, passed away after a liver ailment due to swine flu at a hospital in Gurugram in the wee hours of Thursday, his family said.

Sixty-four-year-old Choudhary, diagnosed for swine flu and later liver diseases, was getting treatment at the private hospital for about a month.
He was a three-time MLA from Alwar district--in 2003, 2008 and 2013.
