Sanjay Dutt to be freed from jail early March

Pune, December 8

Jailed Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who was sent to prison for his involvement in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case, will walk out a free man in first week of March, official sources said here on Tuesday.

The sources indicated that barring last-minute glitches, Sanjay would be released by March 7 after completing his 40-month sentence.

He was found guilty and sentenced to five years jail by the Supreme Court in March 2013 for his involvement in the Mumbai serial blasts case. — IANS
