Suresh said he ran away in 2016 because of “family differences”, the reports said.

Recently, a 24-year old mother of two children committed suicide in Tamil Nadu after her husband forbade her from using TikTiok. Anitha recorded a video of her drinking poison, and then sent it to her husband who was in Singapore. Press reports said  Anitha's husband Pazhanivel did not like her addiction to the platform. Owned by Chinese company ByteDance, the short video-sharing platform has over 200 million users in India. IANS
