Mumbai: Actor Vivek Oberoi-starrer biographical drama on Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release countrywide on April 12. The film, titled "PM Narendra Modi", is being directed by Omung Kumar, who has movies such as "Mary Kom" and "Sarbjit" to his credit. The project, which started shooting in late January in Gujarat, is currently completing its last leg in Mumbai. PTI

Hardik’s ‘objectionable video’ on Guj Cong site 

Ahmedabad: The official website of the Gujarat Congress has been hacked and on its home page has appeared a video purported to be of Patidar leader Hardik Patel in some objectionable positions with a woman. It has posed a question to Congress president Rahul Gandhi: “You want to win elections with such leaders?” The video apparently is same that had become viral before 2017 Assembly polls when Hardik ran campaign against BJP, though he did not join any party. The video had been proved to be a fake. TNS

AGP, BJP won’t take up Citizenship Bill in polls 

Guwahati: The AGP, which returned to the NDA fold on Wednesday, and the BJP will not speak on the contentious Citizenship Bill while campaigning for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls in Assam, NEDA convenor Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Friday. The two parties had decided to resume the talks on the bill after the election, he added. The AGP had walked out of the NEDA over the Bill. PTI
