Edulead Conclave and Recognition event

Jalandhar: CT Group of Institutions organised first National Edulead Conclave and Recognition. As many as 290 school principals from Punjab, Gujarat, Hyderabad, Jharkhand and Bihar participated in the event and discussed various challenges in the education system of the country. They discussed the measures of bringing innovations and improvements. Later, 225 principals were honoured for their selfless service in the field of education. TNS

Donation for Kerala flood victims
Jalandhar: Lyallpur Khalsa College donated Rs 2.05 lakh for the flood victims of Kerala. College Principal Dr Gurpinder Singh Samra said the amount accumulated by the joint efforts of the principal, staff and students of the college was dispatched for Kerala flood victims through Varinder Kumar Sharma, Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar. The principal reiterated the commitment of college to the flood victims of Kerala in addition to its other contributions to social awareness programmes concerning environment, road safety and drug prevention. He also said that the college was committed towards serving  the society apart from academics. TNS
