Ludhiana, March 11
A two-day photography exhibition titled the “Amaltas” by renowned artist Jaspreet commenced today at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana. The expo has been organised jointly by the Punjab Arts Council, Chandigarh, and the PAU.
The exhibition was inaugurated at MS Randhawa Art Gallery by Dr Ravinder Kaur Dhaliwal, Director Students Welfare, PAU.
Photographs captured by various photographers, including Jaspreet were displayed. Eminent Punjabi poet and chairman of Punjab Arts Council Chandigarh Padam Shri Dr Surjit Patar was the guest of honour. The photographs peep into beautiful colours of “Amaltas” trees dotting the landscape of the PAU.
While lauding Jaspreet, Dr Surjit Patar said the photographs present various colours of nature. — TNS
