Lt Gen Naravane also called on the Service Chiefs of the Bangladesh Armed Forces. Various aspects of defence cooperation, including the positive outcomes of various joint events/expeditions being undertaken by the militaries of both nations, were discussed.

Meanwhile, an Indo-Bangladesh Army cycling expedition was flagged off from Binnaguri Military Station on March 20. It will cover 401 km and is scheduled to culminate at Madhupur, Bangladesh, on March 25.
