Volleyball kits given to woo village youth

Ludhiana, June 19
Volleyball kits were handed over to sarpanch of Krishna Nagar on Hambran road today. Harkarandeep Singh Vaid, councillor Ward No. 44, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana, and son of Kuldeep Singh Vaid, MLA, Gill constituency, handed over the kits to hubsand of sarpanch Harpreet Kaur.
The sarpanch expressed gratitude and assured that youths would benefit and it would keep them away from drugs. Harkarandeep said the development works would be expedited. He also promised to provide assistance in maintaining parks.
Dev Raj Thakur, Man Singh, Lalta Prasad, Jarnail Singh Ghyman, Raj Singh Grewal, Ashwani Tiwari, Harjinder Singh and Gurcharan Singh Lahoria, among others, were also present on the occasion.
