Kawal''s brace helps CHA log 4-0 victory

Kawal Nain struck twice as Chandigarh Hockey Academy registered a 4-0 win against Government Model High School, Sector 42, on the second day of the Chandigarh State Sub-Junior Hockey Championship here today.
Nain scored his first goal in the 27th minute, followed by another goal in the 36th minute. Earlier, the academy lads opened their account through Harpanth in the sixth minute, while Raman extended the lead by netting a goal in the 27th minute.
In the second match, Sumit scored seven goals as Government High School, Sector 37, registered a 16-3 victory against SGGS Senior Secondary School, Sector 35. Sumit (2nd, 4th, 16th, 20th, 22nd, 34th and 35th minutes) was unstoppable. Ajaypal (11th, 14th, 27th), Sahib Saini (34th, 36th, 42nd) and Paramvir (21st, 31st, 42nd) netted three goals each to complete the tally.
