Odisha: Anganwadi worker throws hot water on 4-yr-old girl for arriving early

Kalahandi (Odisha), June 3

A four-year-old girl suffered burn injuries after a worker at Anganwadi allegedly threw hot-rice water on her for reaching the centre early at Kalahandi in Odisha.

The injured girl was identified as Kausalya Thakur.

The baby was admitted to the Koksara PHC and later shifted to Bhawanipatna government hospital.

A case was registered at the Ampani police station.
