Under this programme Monash University, Australia will provide financial benefits to students pursuing an honour’s programme at the Alfred precinct in Melbourne. Total of two scholars will be awarded under this scheme.
Eligibility: International students who are commencing a full-time Alfred Research Alliance (ARA) honours programme at a Monash campus and have obtained a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 80 or above during undergraduate study, can apply for this scholarship.
Details: Two scholars will be awarded AUD 6,000 each.

Chevening Scholarships
The Government of UK invites applications for this previous award from outstanding professionals from India who wish to pursue a one-year master’s degree in any subject at any UK university.
Eligibility: Indian citizens with a graduate degree, who wish to return to India after two years, have at least two years of work experience and have received an unconditional offer of admission in a UK University, can apply for this scholarship.
Details: The selected students will get financial benefits to cover university tuition fees and other expenses. The scholars will also be awarded with monthly stipend and other allowances.

INSPIRE Fellowship
Meritorious scholars who are admitted to a PhD programme in Science and Technology will be benefitted under this programme. A total of 1,000 scholarships will be awarded with the aim of attracting students to pursue a doctoral degree in basic and applied sciences including engineering, agriculture, pharmacy, medicine, veterinary, etc.
Eligibility: INSPIRE scholars with 70 per cent marks in aggregate at MSc. or Integrated MS/MSc can apply. First rank holders at PG or UG level from engineering, medical, pharmaceutical, agricultural and veterinary sciences background from any recognised university can also apply for this scholarship.
Details: Fellowship and research grant as per the norms set by the Government of India will be awarded to the selected 1,000 fellows for the duration of 5 years or completion of a PhD degree, whichever is earlier.

LSEF-UMass Scholarships
Applications are open for scholarships for post graduation in USA from University of Massachusetts, Amherstopen. The prestigious LSEF-UMass Scholarships were first offered in 2018 by Lakshmipat Singhania
Details: Scholarships up to Rs 20 lakh each for MS(Data Analytics and Computational Social Science), MS(Applied Economics), and Master of Public Policy programmes from UMass Amherst.
15 scholarships will be funded by UMass Amherst and LSEF in 2020, covering upto 50 per cent of the tuition and academic fees for the two-year programmes leading to a Master’s degree from UMass Amherst and upto 3 years of employment authorisation (OPT).
Eligibility: Students who have completed (or will complete in 2020) at least a 3-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university in India are eligible to apply. The selection will be based on applicants’ academic record, letters of recommendation, statement of purpose and personal interview with UMass Amherst and LSEF.
