Sonia okays Bolaria’s entry

Congress president Sonia Gandhi today okayed a proposal to induct rebel Akali MLA Inderbir Bolaria into the party. He will join the Congress in Amritsar on October 11 (Dasehra day).

Punjab party affairs incharge Asha Kumari said, “Both Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have approved his entry.” Party leaders said it was a homecoming for Bolaria as his father was a former Congress leader.
