Spread Cong’s ideology: Joshi

Pradeep Joshi, chairman, intellectual cell of the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), said party activists had been instructed to spread the party’s ideology among voters to secure victory in the upcoming Assembly elections, scheduled for 2017. He was addressing a press conference at Rajeev Bhavan here today.

Joshi said voters would cast votes in favour of the Congress as the state government had taken concrete steps to reconstruct the damaged infrastructure in the disaster-hit areas of the state.

Funds had not become a barrier for carrying out development activities across the state, he said.

Joshi announced names of newly appointed office-bearers of the cell during the conference.

Girija Vyas, SK Tyagi, PS Negi, Manoj Joshi and RB Pandey were present at the press meeting.
