The Indian Railways is all set to step ahead with the launch of concession-less service of Suvidha trains that may run on dynamic fare system from July 13 and also make waitlisted tickets a thing of the past.
The Ministry of Railways had earlier announced Suvidha trains which would replace premium trains. Now, the first such Suvidha train is being started from July 13 between Gorakhpur and Anand Vihar (Delhi), the booking for which started today. This train will run from July 13 to July 30.
While concessions will continue in all other trains, there will be no concessions for the Suvidha service.
These trains, which will cater to the peak demand observed during the winter and summer rush, and festivals such as Dasehra and Holi and run on select routes, are being currently identified.
