Admission to the Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management for Working Executives (EDHRM: 2016-17) at Xavier School of Management — XLRI is on. This consolidated programme has been especially designed for working executives to enhance their professional knowledge and skills that are essential to play the HR role effectively within the dynamic and fast-growing corporate world and earn an Executive Diploma in HRM, while working, without interrupting their career. The 16-month programme with six terms comprises 15 compulsory courses spread over the first five terms while the sixth term is exclusively devoted to Action Research Based Project.

Fee: Rs 4 lakh + 14% Service Tax including tuition fees and other infrastructure necessities (this will not include board and lodging expenses).

Eligibility: The applicant to this programme has to be a graduate (minimum three years of full time study) from a recognised university in any discipline, with minimum of 5 years of full time work experience in managerial positions. Film and TV course

The Department of Communication at School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Shiv Nadar University is inviting applications for admission to its two-year media production course, Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Film and Television.

Eligibility: The students should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university. The candidates should have an aptitude towards film and television.

MSc Biochemical Engineering

Applications are invited for UK-based University of Sheffield’s MSc (Eng) Biochemical Engineering with Industrial Management programme. The course is taught at the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering of the University’s Faculty of Engineering. The course provides a unique blend of biochemical engineering and business management to prepare students for a career in the biopharmaceutical or industrial biotechnology sectors.

Duration: 1 year

Eligibility: Interested applicants should have an honours degree in science, technology or engineering. Candidates with wide work experience will also be deemed qualified. Students must also have IELTS with an average of 6.5 or above and at least 5.5 in each component.
