MSc in Business Analytics

Business analytics is a new and rapidly developing field but individuals with analytics skills are in short supply. In order to help companies gain competitive advantage and create effective policies, the School of Business and Economics at UK’s Loughborough University has introduced its MSc course in Business Analytics Consulting and is inviting applications for admission.
The course: The one-year full time master’sprogramme has been designed for non-business graduates to equip them with the rigorous modelling and consulting skills needed to understand, manage and communicate useful insights from ‘big data’.
Eligibility: Applicants must have minimum of 60 per cent marks from  a university recognised by Loughborough University.
Candidates holding degrees in engineering, mathematics, physics, psychology, economics or business and management will be particularly welcomed whereas other degree holders may be considered on a case-by-case basis provided they can show strong quantitative ability.
Work experience will be considered for applicants who do not hold a first degree.
Meanwhile, they must have an overall score of 6.5 with minimum 6.0 in each component for IELTS English language requirements.
