Boy killed, another hurt in accident

Sangrur: A 16-year-old boy, Prabhjot Singh, was killed, while his friend suffered serious injuries when the motorcycle they were riding on was hit by a truck in Sangrur city on Friday night. The incident took place when Prabhjot along with Jashadeep Singh was going towards the Sunami gate chowk around 2 am. “We have registered a case and started investigations,” said Vinod Kumar, SHO of Sangrur city.
