After the merger of Panch Pradhani and other parties, radical Sikh organisation Dal Khalsa today constituted its new organisational set-up appointing 15 office-bearers and 25 working committee members.
Addressing mediapersons, Dal Khalsa president HS Cheema said, “To infuse young blood into the organisation, youth leaders have been given prominence in the party.”
He said it was for the first time in the history that the party had given the important portfolio of secretary general to a youth, Paramjit Singh of Tanda in Hoshiarpur district.
Earlier, Tanda was heading the youth wing of the Sikh Youth of Punjab.
