Health and Family Welfare Minister Brahm Mohindra said today that instructions had been issued to all civil surgeons to ensure free-of-cost chest X-ray service to the suspected TB patients. He said soon patients of MDR TB would be provided the fortified nutritional supplement. Besides, the MDR/XDR patients would be eligible for getting benefits under the Atta-Dal scheme and be issued blue cards by the government.
