Tarn Taran: Lakhwinder Singh, a resident of Rasnees village (Moga), has been booked under Sections 304-A, 279 and 427 of the IPC in a nine-month-old accident case. Daljit Singh of Khabbe Rajputran village was killed after being hit by the accused’s SUV near Naushera Pannuan village, 16 km from here. After a probe, the SSP had ordered the registration of a case on the complaint of Rajwant Kaur, wife of the deceased. OC
