Motorcycle, Rs 45,000 looted at gunpoint

Muktsar: Four unidentified persons on Monday evening allegedly looted nearly Rs 45,000, a motorcycle, mobile phone and tab on gunpoint from two employees of a private company, which gives loan to women. The complainant Vineet Kumar, resident of Bhullar Colony here, alleged to the police that when they were returning after collecting money, four unidentified persons robbed them near Baja Mrar village here on gunpoint. The police have registered a case. TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
