Advocate Sandeep Kaushal had filed a petition in the court claiming that the accused had released a video song ‘Jeeju’ in which Pooja played the role of a wife and sung the song and Harish Verma played the role of her husband. It was stated that Verma had played the role of drunkard Yamraj with his mace.

Advocate Kaushal had contended that in no religious book Yamraj is shown consuming liquor.
