ETA Heights in Greater Noida

Vardhman Developers recently announced the launch of its ambitious residential project Vardhman ETA Heights in the Greater Noida region. Under the construction-linked plan, the company is offering over 1,000 apartments at a basic selling price of Rs3,500 per square ft. The 6-acre project will offer a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments in 1,100 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft area. The project will be completed in the next four years

Brick Eagle launches township project

Private equity firm Brick Eagle has forayed into the real estate sector by launching a township project in Maharashtra.
Firm's co-founder Prabhat Ranjan has incorporated a new entity ‘Olympeo Infrastructure’ for this foray, which will develop an integrated township project - Olympeo Riverside - spread across 25 acres in the Neral-Karjat belt in Raigad district, a release issued here said.
“With this township, we intend to provide an active lifestyle that suits everyone’s pocket at an upcoming location of Neral-Karjat, accessible to every income bracket,” Brick Eagle co-founder and Chairman and MD Olympeo Infrastructure, Ranjan said.
The township project, spread across 25 acre, will have residential apartments, a sports arena for multiple activities spread across five acres, primary school, shopping plaza, a club house and green spaces. “This project is expected to generate revenue of over Rs300 crore,” he said.
The township will have over 1,500 apartments ranging between 1 and 2 BHK and prices starting from Rs13 lakh onwards.
“We are happy to foray into the real estate sector, and promise to provide premium housing with the best and state of-the-art amenities,” Brick Eagle Capital Advisory Managing Director and CEO Rajesh Krishnan said.
Brick Eagle currently has over 12 million sq ft of affordable housing projects under management. — PTI

Solitairian City at Yamuna Expressway

Solitairian Group (Le Solitairian) unveiled the sample flats of its recently launched luxury residential project 'Solitairian City' at Yamuna Expressway, Delhi NCR earlier this week. Spread across 16.54 acres, with additional 8.1 acres of master green area, the Solitairian City is located at a distance of 309 meters from the Formula 1 racing track. The project comprises three segments, Turbo, Speed and Pace and will offer of 2/3/4 BHK apartments, villas and iconic towers loaded with high-end amenities like sky-club, sky-lounge , sky-gym and private swimming pools in each 3 & 4 BHK apartments (Iconic Tower). Sizes of the residential units at this project range from 665-4,350 sq ft.
The properties in the project are available at Basic Sales Price (bsp) of Rs2800 per sq ft. The handing over of the first phase of the projects is expected by the end of  2017.
