Savy Homz at Raj Nagar Extension

Noida based real estate and construction company Ascent Group launched an affordable housing project Savy Homz at Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad recently. The project  is  spread over 2.5 acres and will have a total of four towers  offering 524 units of 2 and 3 BHK apartments in sizes varying from 1099 sq. ft. to 1210 sq. ft. The towers of Savy Homz will be of 24 storey that is highest among all project at RNE currently. According to company spokesperson the location has excellent connectivity with NH24, NH 58, Noida, Greater  Noida and FNG. Targeting end users, the project has been priced Rs 2800 per sq. ft. (BSP). According to Suresh Gogia, Managing Director, Ascent Group, “Savy Homz is an earthquake-resistant RCC framed structure  approved by GDA”. Situated on 30 meter wide road on both sides, the project is offering 100 per cent power back-up, two elevators in each block, adequate water supply and exterior maintenance etc. The group will begin the construction work after getting all the necessary approvals and  deliver it by 2019. 

New Haven at Bahadurgarh
