Premium real estate developer Sobha Group, has announced the launch of Sobha Hartland Greens, a luxurious and exclusive eight-storey apartment building located in Sobha Hartland,Dubai. The project is part of an 8 million sq.ft development with waterside living and 30 per cent green space  in  Dubai.

The project comprises eight floors of residential apartments varying from studios, to one, two and three bedrooms. The luxury apartments start with an attractive price from Rs 1.48 crores with attractive payment plans on offer. With Reserve Bank of India allowing all residents to remit up to $250,0000 per person, per year overseas, most families in India can afford the payment plans and the Dubai lifestyle. The handover of units will start from December 2017.

Indian real estate buyers are one of the primary segments that the new project is targeting, as they are the largest investors in property among non-GCC buyers in the region.

“The launch of Sobha Hartland Greens comes in line with the huge demand we are witnessing for luxury living in Dubai. The apartments have been designed to enhance the lifestyle of residents with an abundance of living space and expansive layouts. Hindon Green Valley in Ghaziabad

Rishabh Group launched Hindon Green Valley at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad earlier this week. The project will be spread over seven acres and comprise 2 & 3 BHK apartments ranging from 775 sq. ft upto 1590 sq. ft. This Group Housing Project is GDA approved, after taking all the sanctions. In terms of connectivity this project is at just 1 minute distance from NH 24 through newly constructed Pusa link road and proposed metro station which is coming near Delhi Public School, will be at the walking distance from the project. The unit costs will start from Rs 35 lakh onwards. The Company is expecting sale value Rs .800 crore from this project. Rishabh Group has developed more than 20 lakh square feet of residential and commercial space in the past decade.

Solitairian Group (Le Solitairian) has announced the launch of its new luxury residential project 'Solitairian Estate' on Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida. With Formula 1 racing track in its close proximity, the project is situated 500 meters away from the proposed Night Safari. Spread over 25 acres the' project will offer to buyers fully furnished 1BHK (area 665 sqft) to 4BHK (area 4350 sqft) apartments in earthquake resistant high-rise towers. Over 344 apartments are planned to be constructed under this project. The properties in this project are available at bsp of Rs 4500 per sq ft onwards.
