In the subvention scheme for the ultra-luxurious and elite Prateek Edifice housing project in Sector 107 of Noida, the company is offering an exclusive deal wherein the buyers have to pay only 10 per cent with no EMIs till 24 months on flats priced Rs1.5 crore onwards. Along with options like no stamp duty for registration, the subvention scheme for the luxurious Prateek Stylome in Sector 45 Noida includes, customised payment plan on property worth Rs1.39 crore onwards. Ready for possession within six months, Prateek Stylome has 3/4/5 bedroom homes on offer.
