NCR-based realty developer Tulip Infratech recently launched a group housing project- Tulip Violet at Sohna Road Badshahpur in Sector-69 Gurgaon. The new project will be located on the 60 -meter wide proposed sector approach road.
Spread across 30 acres Tulip Violet will have two types of towers – A and B — in ground plus 14 storied. The A-type towers have 4 BHK units and the B-type has 3 BHK units. The super area of a typical 4 BHK apartment is 2010 sqft and for a typical 3 BHK is 1578 sqft. A few towers will have penthouses.
