Jaipur: Rajasthan has become the first state in the country to come up with a minimum wage scale for part-time workers. Minimum wages have been hiked by Rs 104 per month in all categories of scheduled employment. These would be effective from April 1, 2016. An unskilled labourer will now get Rs 201 per day (Rs 5,226 per month), semi-skilled Rs 211 (Rs 5,486 per month) and skilled at Rs 221 (per month Rs 5,746). oc
