Rayat Bahra launches new-age programmes

The Rayat Bahra University has launched cutting edge undergraduate and postgraduate programmes by signing MoUs with international companies like Oracle, Google, Apple, IBM, BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) and TDS for training students of BTech and MBA in new age programmes to meet the emerging challenges in talent acquisition for global sustainability.
Gurvinder Singh Bahra, chairman of the Rayat Bahra Group of Institutions, said the Rayat Bahra University wanted its students to learn the latest technologies to be competitive and industry-ready. With this vision, we tied up with different international companies and introduced new age programmes to increase the employment potential of the students completing the new BTech and MBA courses.
He said in the new programmes being launched by the RBU the curriculum is to be based on industry focus. There would be emphasis on domain skill, soft skill, industry interface as part of the curriculum. Gurvinder Singh Bahra, said the university had introduced selective courses in relevant fields with strong partnership with industry leaders by having futuristic outlook and employability-driven curriculum. Top Industry leaders have come forward to Initiate and jointly run such programmes which can bridge the gaps in seeking employment.
