Online real estate portal makaan.com is now offering a holistic project viewing experiencetohome buyers. The company recently announced a major upgrade to its VirtualRealty (VR) platform with the launch of 3D VirtualRealty Auto Tour.
This reality tour gives homebuyers the feel of being physically present at the site from their mobile, tablets, laptops and all VR gears through 3D visualisationtechnology from 3dPhy. The one-of-a-kind'3D virtual tour' utilises the latestcloud-based solution 'Auto Tour' to provide three different views for each home. 'First Person View' allows viewers to virtually walk through the home; 'Floor Plan View' provides a top view of the floor; and 'Isometric View' providesa bird's eye view, allowing users to rotate, zoom out and see a complete 3D view of the home.

NCR based real estate developer Orris Infrastructure Private Limited organised the bhoomi pujan of its commercial property – Market City, earlier this week. The new property will be spread over 3.86 acres in the upcoming 101-acre township – Woodview Residence. Market City is a planned development located in Sector 89 of Gurgaon with catchment area of over 2500 acres of nearby developed residential projects and townships.
