Beaumonte in Sion

Luxury segment developer Sheth Creators recently launched a new age iconic residential development Beaumonte, in Sion, Mumbai. The project is a premium residential development consisting of 45 residential floors. The structural and landscape architecture of the project is maneuvered by P&T and EcoPlan Asia from Singapore, respectively. The location has connectivity to all sought after destinations like Bandra, Nariman Point, Worli, Ghatkopar, Andheri, Thane, among others and business districts of CBD's & SBD's. Beaumonte offers housing choices comprising 2,3 BHK residences and is spread across 2.6 acres. The residences will be priced between Rs 4.5 crore and Rs 6 crore and the project is likely to be completed by February 2019.

Raheja’s new commercial venture in Navi Mumbai

As part of its expansion plans in Navi Mumbai K Raheja Corp. is planning to invest around Rs 2,000 crore to acquire and develop 6 million sq. ft of commercial space in the next two-and-a-half years in Navi Mumbai. This will also include a fourth IT park, which the group may start building in the next six-to-nine months. The fourth park is being planned on a 30-acre land parcel at Ghansoli (within the Navi Mumbai region), which it bought from US-based specialty chemicals company Cabot Corporation for Rs 210 crore last year. At present, K Raheja Corp operates and leases a total of around 20 million commercial spaces across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune.

Most of the projected Rs 2,000 crore investment would be funded through internal accruals and rentals generated from its current commercial projects, said a company official on condition on anonymity.
