The Mahagun Group unveiled 'Mahagun Montage' at Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad recently. Based on modern architecture, the luxurious project is spread over 5 acres and will offer 2, 3, 4 & 5 BHK apartments and duplexes varying in unit sizes from 900 sq. ft to 3,440 sq. ft. It will have 918 units in 2 towers of ground + 31 storeys. The project is registered under Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The architecture of the project has been provided by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor and landscaping has been designed by Sanju Bose.
Located at Crossings Republik, it is excellently connected to Noida, Delhi, Greater Noida West and other micro pockets of Ghaziabad. The project is expected to be ready and delivered by the year 2020. The current BSP of the project stands at Rs 2,725 per sq. ft. approx or Rs 24.52 lakh onwards. The project will feature vast ample greens, lavish club house, swimming pool, lounges, excellent facilities for all indoor games, etc.

Tulip Infratech is all set to start handing over of 660 apartments at first phase of "Tulip Violet" project in Sohna Road in Sector-69 Gurgaon. The 4BHK & 3 BHK apartments are located in 11 fifteen storeyed towers. The A-type towers have 4BHK, 2010 sq ft units and the B-type has 3BHK, 1578 sq ft units. Speaking on the occasion Parveen Jain, CMD, Tulip Infratech said, “Tulip Violet is at an ideal location adjacent to Sohna Road in sector-69 Gurgaon and it is a 'Green Building' in the making. It is located on the 60 meter wide proposed sector approach road and is at a distance of only about half a kilometer from the proposed metro and southern peripheral road”.
City of Dreams in Mohali
Bhoomi pujan for the 20-acre first phase of SBP Group’s City of Dreams project in Sector 116, Kharar-Landran road Mohali, was organised earlier this week. The project is part of the 100-acre City of Dreams, a fully integrated township, which will have over 1300 apartments in ground+3 and stilt+13/14 storey towers. Speaking on the occasion Raman Singla, Sales and Marketing Head of the SBP group said that over 400 units have already been sold in the project. The price range for 1,2 and 3 BHK apartments ranges between Rs 14.90 lakh and Rs 50 lakh. “This project is an endeavour to provide premium facilities like intelligent space planning, landscaped gardens, walkways and courtyards, sports facilities like squash court, cycling tracks etc at affordable prices to the customers”, said Singla. The units in first phase would be ready for possession in 18 months, added the company spokesperson.
