Paras Square in Gurgaon

Paras Buildtech launched ‘Paras Square’ project in Gurgaon earlier this week. This project is a mix of studio apartments, retail and commercial units located at Sector 63A, adjacent to Golf Course Extension Road in Gurgaon.

Spread over an area of 2.2 acre, the ground and first floors of the project will be dedicated to retail and second to 14th floors for fully furnished studio apartments, making it one-of-its-kind in Delhi-NCR. The project will offer 100% power backup, 24 x 7 security, high speed elevators, multi-level basement parking to accommodate and fire safety equipments as per the international standards.

The size of the retail spaces will range between 310 sq. ft. to 1000 sq. ft . The Studio Apartments consists of two sizes 870 Sq ft and 1225 Sq ft. The fully furnished Studio apartments will be equipped with double-bed, sofa, centre- table, curtain drapes, wardrobe, air-conditioner, kitchen-cabinet, microwave, refrigerator, HOB, chimney and LCD TV etc.
