After two luxury residential real estate projects at Rajarhat, Tata Housing has launched Rs800 crore residential housing project in Kolkata earlier this week.
According to company estimates, the investment in the ‘117 BT Road’ project at BT Road will be Rs800-1,000 crore.
The project, spread over 25 acres, will have 2,000 apartments which will cost over Rs40 lakh each.
The launch was made on the occasion of the National Home Buying Week between February 11-18. During this period, a buyer will get a special home loan of 7.99 per cent for five years, the company said. Post Singur episode, the state has been able to attract huge investment from the conglomerate in IT and real estate sectors.
Phase 2 of Silver Lune urbe in Meerut
Tulsiani Construction and Developers Ltd launched the phase II of Silver Lune Urbe, a 56 acre integrated township in Meerut. This phase will have 172 independent floors. The developer had launched the township in June 2014 and received good response for its phase I by selling almost 200 units. The 130-acre Silver Lune Urbe has luxurious 2, 3 & 4 bedroom independent floors and villas and is located near the national highway bypass from Delhi. It is around 7 km from Begum Pull and around half a km from the Delhi bypass.
JD Group launches UniPark
JD Group launched a mixed -used project — UniParkalong Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida earlier this week. Spread over an area of 10 acre, it is a blend of residential, commercial and retail spaces designed to deliver a world class experience of urban living and working. The project will offer 1/2/3 BHK residential apartments besides commercial spaces having four different options — intelligent offices, intellect offices, smart offices and modern serviced offices. The residential units are priced at Rs3500 per sq ft, while commercial space is available for Rs9500 per sq ft and office space between Rs5200 and 6500 sq ft. The project to be completed in 36 months.
