Cagers of SGHMS lift trophy

Cagers of Shri Guru Harkrishan Singh Model School (SGHMS), Sector 38, lifted the trophy of Gurukul Global Inter-School Basket Ball Championship. In the final match, the title winners defeated host Gurukul Global School by 30-17. The winning side was leading the game at 14-13 before the lemon break. For winning side Jagdeep posted home victory smashing 18 baskets while Aayush gathered 10 points for the team’s win.
For losing side, Animesh (7 points) and Amish (4 points) gave their best shot. The tournament witnessed participation of teams from Ryan International School, Sector 49, St John’s High School, Sector 26, The Millennium School, Mohali, Tribune Model School Sector 29, Sri Aurubindo School, Sector 26, and Shri Guru Harkishan Model School.
