The Governor expressed the hope that young shooters like Shapath Bharadwaj would be encouraged at the state level. This would ensure that the name of the state and country would become known well in this sport.
He appreciated the efforts of the state rifle association president Narayan Singh Rana and expressed happiness that besides shooting, the children were also being engaged in yoga and other creative activities in order to help them develop their personality.
