On the opening day of the Sunrise Tennis Academy boy’s and girl’s (under 14 and 18) championship, Rishi Jalota and Yogender Mrityunjay blanked Preet Kamal and Bharat Gupta, respectively, with the identical scores of 9-0 in the boys (U-14) second round matches held here today.
In the first-round qualifying matches of boys (U-18) category, Navraj Singh and Anmol Rattan Kamboj registered easy win against Dhairya Vir and Aadish Manrai, 9-0.
The final round matches of the championship will be played from December 7.
