Rohit, Tamanna adjudged best athletes

CHANDIGARH: Junior wing students Rohit Kumar and Tamanna Walia were adjudged best athletes in the boys and girls category respectively during the opening day of the annual sports meet for the junior wing of Yadavindra Public School Mohali held at the school grounds today

Junior wing students Rohit Kumar and Tamanna Walia were adjudged best athletes in the boys’ and girls’ category, respectively, during the opening day of the annual sports meet for the junior wing of Yadavindra Public School, Mohali, held at the school grounds today.

Both students achieved the top position in the Class I category. While in the Class II category, Harshveer Singh was adjudged best athlete in boy’s category while Sidhak Kaur claimed the top spot in the girl’s category.

In the Class III category, Aarnav Mahajan and Gurmeya Dhindsa claimed the best athlete trophy in boy’s and girl’s category, respectively.

In the Class IV and V categories, Jasnoor Singh (Nalagarh House), Noorpreet Kaur (Patiala House) and Jaiveer Singh (Nalagarh House) and Asees Kaur Cheema (Nalagarh House) claimed the top honours, respectively.
