A fine effort in fielding helped Ryan International School, Sector 49, to post four-wicket win over St Anne’s Convent School, Sector 32, during a match in the ongoing St John’s Brother McCann Cricket Tournament played at grounds of St John’s School, Sector 26, here today.

After electing to bat first, the St Anne’s side could manage to set a mere target of 80 runs for 9 in the allotted 20 overs. For the bowling side, Jovan claimed 2 for 10 along with Harsimrat claiming 1 for 10. However, the innings witnessed four run-outs, which restricted the Sector 32 outfit to set a mere 80-run target. For the batting side, Allen (11-runs) led the team’s score chart.

In reply, Ryan International School posted 81 runs for 6 in 19.2 overs. Akshat (21-runs) and Danish (15-runs) scored the major share in the team’s win while for the bowling side, Rohit remained the most successful bowler claiming 2 for 29.
