Sahil Solanki of Delhi got the better of local lad Sameer Sharma 4-1 and Neha from Jalandhar overpowered Kashish of Amritsar in a similar fashion to win titles in boys’ and girls’ sections (Under-21) in the 2nd Manna Singh Memorial Open Table Tennis Tournament that concluded at Shastri Hall near Guru Nanak Stadium here today.

In boys’ Under-18 section, Sarthak of Amritsar defeated Deshpreet of Ludhiana by three sets to one, to clinch the title and in the Under-12 group (boys), Rajbir of Jalandhar beat Aarush in an identical way to annex the title.

Neha of Jalandhar bagged her second individual title, when she outplayed her namesake from Patiala 3-0 to win women’s title and in the men’s section, Sahibjot Jaggi from Jalandhar pipped Sahil Solanki of Delhi 3-1 to bag the title.

In the veteran section, Harjinder Singh of Aspire Academy blanked Manmeet Singh of Ludhiana 3-0 to come out triumphant.
