St. Joseph’s to take on RIMC, Welham Boys’ to clash with Wynberg Allen

St. Joseph’s Academy will clash with Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) while Welham Boys’ School will take on Wynberg Allen School, Mussoorie, tomorrow in the semifinal matches of The Doon School Invitational Inter-School Under 14 Football Tournament being played here.

In the league matches today, Kasiga School beat Cambran Hall School 2-0. Nishant and Shrish scored one goal each for Kasiga School. Welham Boys’ School beat Rashtriya Indian Military College 6-2 in a one-sided match.

Further, Welham Boys’ School beat Sherwood College, Nainital, 2-0; Wynberg Allen School, Mussoorie, beat The Doon School 4-0; St. Joseph’s Academy beat Grace Academy 2-1; and Wynberg Allen School, Mussoorie, beat The Scindia School 3-2.

Summer Valley beat Aryan School 4-1

Summer Valley School (A) defeated Aryan School 4-1 in a match during the 3rd Summer Valley Invitation Cup 7-a-Side Football Tournament here today. Sparsh scored two goals, whereas Ankit and Satwik scored one goal each for the Summer Valley team. Kundan of Aryan School scored one goal for his team.

In other matches of the day, Summer Valley (B) team beat St Joseph’s Academy 2-0; Kasiga School thrashed Carman School 5-2, whereas the match between Welham Boys School and Oak Grove School ended in a 1-1 draw.
