Dehradun, April 16

St Mary’s School defeated Kendriya Vidyalaya, ONGC, 50-46 in a close encounter in the District Junior Basketball Championship played here on Saturday. Sarthak of KV ONGC scored the highest 18 points, whereas Pratuyash of St Mary’s School scored 15 points and led his team towards a promising victory.

In other matches of the day, Woodstock School beat Jaswant Modern School 28-12 and GRD Academy beat The Asian School 35-10. Whereas, in the last match of the day, Aryan School beat Summer Valley School 28-16.
