Shukla also dismissed the claims by PCB chairman Shaharyar Khan that India must honour the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two boards last year. “You ask Shaharyar Khan of the details about the MoU and whether the conditions set in it are being met to play any bilateral series,” Shukla said.
