VSSC defeat LPSC 4-0 in football

Riding high on an impressive performance by Srikanth, who scored a hat-trick, defending football champions VSSC, Thiruvananthapuram, outplayed LPSC, Mahendragiri, Tamil Nadu, 4-0 on the second day of the DOS/ISRO Inter-Centre Sports Meet today.

In the second match, Semi-Conductor Laboratory, Mohali, despite losing numerous scoring opportunities, managed to win against DOS/ISRO by a solitary goal, which was scored in the dying moments of the match by Rajat Attri, sealing the quarterfinal birth.
