In her upcoming movie Piku, Deepika Padukone will be seen playing the role of Amitabh Bachchan's daughter.

The role requires her to have a thorough knowledge about medical conditions. Specially, as several scenes require her to treat Amitabh Bachchan's condition. Deepika says, "Yes, I did read a lot of books and had to spend hours going through various health and medical issues...symptoms, solutions, preventions etc. In fact, I have gone through so many of them that I now know the basics like blood pressure, constipation etc."

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
