Life as she knows it
Nicole Kidman recently opened up about her life after parting ways from husband Tom Cruise. Addressing the media at London's first Women in the World Summit, the 48-year-old actress recalled the turmoil she underwent and said she was escaping from her life, as she could not handle the reality. The Grace of Monaco actress added, “I wasn't able to handle the reality of my life, and as an actor, you have this wonderful thing where you can go and get lost in somebody else's life and become somebody else for a period of time.”
The Eyes Wide Shut actress also said she has four children and staying in touch with them is very important to her. She said she is in touch with her adopted kids Connor and Isabella Cruise through messages. Kidman and Tom Cruise, who tied the knot in 1990, called off their marriage in 2000. —ANI
