Nihalani ok with kisses in Befikre
Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor’s Befikre made headlines because of its kissing scenes but it is interesting that the trailer which is loaded with intimate kisses between the couple, has been certified U/A by the Censor Board of Film Certification.
The CBFC chief, Pahlaj Nihalani, justified the decision saying that the images in Befikre are not about the kisses alone but it’s about a whole lot of other things, about love and the trailer shows kissing as a manifestation of love rather than just for titillation. He further added that all the kisses are in long shots as it’s only in close-ups that kissing on screen tends to look overblown.
