Poster boy gets a beard

Aamir Khan had undergone some drastic transformation in films like Ghajni, 3 Idiots and now Dangal, Priyanka Chopra had to have a makeover for Mary Kom, now joining them is none other than Bollywood's poster boy Shahid Kapoor. If you've watched and noticed, Shahid has been growing his beard. And the reason is Rangoon. Apparently, Shahid is doing this for the Vishal Bhardwaj film which is set against the backdrop of World War II, in which he is playing the role of an army officer. In his statement, Shahid’s spokesperson confirmed that the beard is for Rangoon. "There was a lot of pressure on him to hold off growing it but he doesn't like paste-up jobs and wants to be ready with a beard of his own."
