Movie Naam Shabana, directed by Neeraj Pandey, is a prequel to 2015 Hindi movie, Baby which starred Akshay Kumar as the lead. Moving the focus from a male lead, the makers have made this instalment as female centric with Taapsee Pannu playing the lead Shabana. This thriller is going to be full of mind-blowing action sequences and we hear Taapsee herself has been performing the stunts and reportedly and has not used a single body double.
The actress, who is currently busy in Hyderabad shooting for a new Telugu Horror Comedy - Muni 3, is also balancing her time to shoot with the prep work for the climax of Naam Shabana. Taapsee has made arrangements for Cyril to fly to Hyderabad to train her for the climax. Taapsee says, “We have fairly limited time before we shoot the climax. The climax is going to be pretty intense and there’s a lot of action.”
