Karan shares five tips he follows to maintain his alluring body—

1He drinks at least 2 litres to 2.5 litres of water everyday which he believes works as the best natural purifier for the body. This is a must for everyone to keep you hydrated.

2He consumes 18 to 20 boiled egg-whites throughout the day. Definitely a must-do for all fitness conscious people.

3He follows a strict diet plan which includes freshly cut fruits, leafy vegetables, pulses, chicken breast and boiled chicken because the body needs to be high on protein.

4He practices cross-fit gymming, which is quite a trend these days especially among celebrities. This includes exercises like hitting a huge tyre with a hammer, box-jumps, kettle bell swings, shuttle run, squats etc.

5He follows a strict liquid diet to detox and consumes cold-pressed juices with mint leaves, lemon, ginger, cucumber and beetroot.
